You might have low moods, bad moods, increased stress or irritability when you stop smoking. These are non permanent feelings and will get easier after the first four weeks. You may over react to things that normally wouldn't frustrate you. That is normal. You are not used to dealing with life without cigarettes and it may make you irritable.
At the same time, the work of smoking is ingrained as a daily ritual. It may be an computerized response for you to smoking a cigarette with your day coffee, while taking a chance from work or institution, or throughout your commute home at the end of an extended day. Perhaps friends, family, and colleagues smoking, and it is becoming part of the way you relate with them.
